ResponderEliminarIn my case I have at least 4 new projects. But the main issue here is to define, as accurate as possible, the objectives. Do they comply with the strategic planning of the institution? Who are the final consumers? Do we have sponsors? What about resources? Not only economic, but what about people and tools.
